The Room of the Golden Idols was a room in Olmec's Temple. The proclaimed objective of the room - to hug one of the three Idols and thrust them down -  this was never performed; every team that moved through the room simply hit an actuator to head to one of the adjoining rooms.

Notes

• Jennifer from John Sutter and the Map to the Lost Gold Mine was the only contestant that tried to open the door by hugging an Idol.
• This is the first room to have a temple run end by being captured by the Temple Guards.
